The panel of experts will discuss the issue of the recovery of the municipalities of the southern area of Puerto Rico from the context of planning to achieve an inclusive redevelopment that protects the built heritage taking into account risk mitigation and in turn promotes participation citizen in these processes in order to reach the city to which we all aspire.
